Shipping & Delivery
Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 days.  Large items may require more lead time, up to 2 weeks. Pine furniture ships in 2-4 weeks. Wicker furniture ships in 6-8 weeks. Non-Freight items are sent via FedEx or UPS ground. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 transit days.

Due to the large size and weight of home furnishings such as pine furniture or wicker, freight/truck shipment is required for these items. Please note additional standard freight charges, indicated by ($) after the item price in catalog or by the truck icon on website. A deposit of 50% is charged on orders over $500 and the balance is charged when the items are shipped.

Curbside Delivery
Our standard freight charges include Curbside Delivery. Carriers are responsible for delivery to the curbside or driveway of your home. With Curbside Delivery, you are responsible for moving items into your home.

If your order is shipped by freight to the following states: AZ, CO, CA, WA, OR, NV, NM, SD, ND, ID, WY, UT, we will contact you with the total shipping charges. Certain areas in these states may require an additional freight charge.

Driveway Delivery
Please request this service when placing your order for and additional $45. Items will be taken off the truck and taken to your driveway or inside your garage.  Driveway delivery does not include any assembly or removal of packaging and .

White Glove Delivery
We are pleased to offer White Glove Service for our customers who prefer to have items brought inside the home.  This service does not include disposal of packaging materials. This service is available for approximately $175 additional and can add 3-4 weeks delivery time onto the order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will credit or refund the cost of your purchase, excluding custom ordered furniture.  Custom ordered merchandise may include wicker and pine furniture and may not be returnable.  Returns subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Returns must be authorized by calling 1-800-765-1688 within 15 days of purchase.  Samples do not need authorization to return.

Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable and a 15-25% restocking fee will be charged on any item originally sent with free shipping (to cover original shipping costs).
